Aleksa Milosevic is ambitious ,educated and relativly experienced basketball coach. He is also a hardworking coach and a typical representative of the Yugoslavian basketball school, professionally oriented. Extremely dedicated to basketball, this intelectual amongst coaches has a philosophy to give a chance to young players without neglecting a strong competitive element in his work on senior's level. Milosevic has a mentality of bench fighter always ready to look for ways to improve both basketball elements and results. Since 2001 Milosevic has been working on the individual physical and technical-tactical preparation of the players free agents as he has an outstanding sense for a quickly improvement of their technical and tactical readiness, for example: Jugoslav Petric G/F (Igokea), Nikola Kamenica G (FMP Zeleznik), Ivana Kostic G (Virum, Copenhagen), Svetlana Pantic C (Virum, Copenhagen) etc. |
