As another represent of the old yugoslavian basketball school, Dragomir Nikitovic is an adherent of a studious work and a creation of players from the kadete's to the senior level. His aim always is a creating team results as well. He is a very experienced coach who points out fundamental skills in a player's formation process while in the senior level, Nikitovic is trying to take advantage of the players' individual values and an " one to one " basketball philosophy. He is also a great specialist for the individual work in particular with point guards. |
