Miguel Ángel Cuartero is a young but very ambitious coach who is not affraid of great challenges and is accustomed to them. He has been formed in the Spanish basketball school but he is also ready to take all advantages from others European schools. He is in a constant process of the work researching, planning and evaluating. A daily hard work as the only way to achieve a success, is his basketball philosophy that he tries to inculcate in his players. Cuartero is clearly determined for a introduction of young players in the teams of elite like a base for their full basketball maturity. All his teams have been insisting on being very good at defensive aspect what makes them the less defeated in their respective competitions defining clearly his basketball philosophy.
