A great basketball enhusiast, Kascelan is one of the most interesting Yugoslavian coaches of the middle generation. At the beginning of his coaching career, he was a great specialist in the individual preparations of point guards but later on he developed his skills to come to work individually even with NBA players Vlade Divac (Sacramento Kings) and Aleksandar Radojevic (Denver Nuggets). According to his basketball principles, he is a real representative of the old Yugoslavian basketball school because he has been known by his great motivation capacities and by an excellent scouting and technical-tactical preparation of the game. He understands basketball and always has an adequate response to the rival team's bench. Beside, Kascelan knows very well to motivate basketball fans during the game. He is also very well prepared to work with younger categories of players. |
